Progress?

We're told that the alley will be fixed on May 5th, weather permitting. Money in escrow, all that. Still waiting for the written agreement. Carolyn tells me that Mrs. Jones didn't have anything nice to say about her son's entry into the County Commission primary.

And she's a voter. How many guys can run for office already knowing that their own mom won't vote for them?

So ... even when/if the alley is fixed, we won't be done with it all until at least the August primary.
